Include milestones, owner, due date, status, dependencies, risk level, and the latest update. Add filters by owner and status, a calendar/list switch, a weekly update form, and a compact decision log.

Use a crisp operational interface with strong typography and restrained red risk signals. Avoid celebratory confetti and decorative dashboards. Include empty states, overdue logic, confirmation before deletion, and a printable weekly review view.
